Thank you for your interest in the Western States ITI User Group.
The group has two general meetings a year, once in the spring and once in the fall. In addition, there are four sub-committee meetings - Information Technology, LAS (Loans), Operations, and FRAC (Fraud, Risk, Audit and Compliance).
Vendors are invited to make an hour long presentation to either the general group or a sub-committee. The number of vendors at each meeting is very limited. There is no "vendor room".
Vendors must be recommended and referred by one of the user group members. Direct solicitation by vendors will not be accepted.
Vendors are selected by the group board of directors, or sub-committee chairperson at their sole descretion. The selection is partially based on the appropriateness of the product and the interest of the group members.
Vendors are afforded the opportunity to exclusively address a large number of banks, and their representatives in one presentation, therefore the group requires financial remuneration. While attendance numbers cannot be guaranteed, you will be given a good faith estimate. In addition, vendors will not have access to the group mailing list or meeting attendee list. You are encouraged to conduct a raffle or other similar method to collect business cards.
